Wonderful for Spring ski-ing! Spent a March week there and enjoyed gauranteed snow up the mountain (lifts open til May 1) and 20'c sunbathing in Orelle. Spent some time relaxing in Orelle and really enjoyed it - a lovely ancient French hillside village, total peace and tranquility. Chalet comfortable and well maintained as always. Highly recommended

We stayed in the chalet in July 2015. We were in the Alps to go cycling and watch the Tour de France. The gite is well located for many of the famous TdF climbs including Col du Galibier, Croix De Fer, Col de L'Iseran, Col de Madeleine etc. The chalet had plenty of space for the six of us and has a handy bike shed / ski store with plenty of room for 6 bikes. I would recommend the chalet as a good value choice for a summer cycling holiday.

Lovely week in Orelle, chalet was excellent despite the poor visibility with the snow, plenty of it though! Very convenient for the gondola - would definitely recommend to friends.

Best in France ..... VT is a perfect base to expore the whole 3 valleys, not to mention the expansive terrain you have on your doorstep. Orelle is excellent and well worth it.

It is the best place I've been to... All the 3 valleys (Three Vallees) are interconnected in an efficient way.... You can ski endlessly on new routes and mountains all week....
Fantastic, with endless opportunities for skiing this extensive network.. Compared to Chamonix, Zermatt and Saalbach this wins hands down... No old lifts, no lines, very long, wide slopes with 1000+ meters fall..... Amazing.... Mt. Masse, Mt. Vallon, Cime de Carron, Mauduit from Saulire, Mt. Thorens & Mt Bouchet in the fourth valley, Mt. Chambre etc all with 1000m pluss height difference on the slopes

Excellent week despite the pessimistic snow Report. Chalet was excellent (our second year)... Great week, Chalet good for 3 valleys but very good for other areas - Val Cenis, Val Frejus, VAlloire, St Sorlin all within 60mins including Italy!

We discovered the chalet when we needed a base to stay, as we were coming to see the 100th Tour de France.
A lovely, quirky house with loads of space. The village and surrounding area are delightful in the summer. A riot of flowers and butterflys. A great base to visit Col de Glandon, Col de Telegraphe, Col du Galibier, Alpe d'Huez, Mont Cenis and a drive into Italy! Would recommend La Norma and Valloire, excellent in the summer, loads of activities for the kids. Basketball in the park was great and the Bino nesting in the wall (a black redstaf) hatched here egg!

A lovely place to stay, we had a party of 13 and we all fitted in with room to spare. A well laid out property with great facilities. We had a lovel time - with much skiing, sightseeing, eating and exploring the area. we will definately be back!

We had a wonderful week skiing in Orelle and Val Thorens. The chalet was very spacious for us and our teenage kids.
